The woman who worked the overnight shift was r u d E. She told me I didn't have a reservation and when I showed her my reservation she told me those numbers meant nothing to her. Seriously, do not have on- line booking if you don't honor the reservations made in that manner. Then asking if "they" faxed it and my response of "I really have no idea" she checks the fax machine and finds my reservation she tells me she thought she heard it go off when she first came in. Wow. I will not book there again due to this woman. Fortunately Tomah has many other hotels and I will gladly pay more to not be called a liar. And beware... She didn't honor the online price, either.

Possibly the best and real good stay with a weekend 96 degrees hot at night the second time at least that these hotels have crappy air conditions. Comfy location, at a short distance from Ho-Chunk Cinema. The hotel close to eateries and restaurants.

a nice size and pet-friendly room with tv set, a microwave and a refrigerator for a really good stay. adequate breakfast with waffles, yogurts and pastries prepared by attentive staff.

My room was cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The room had the essentials and some.

The manager Matthew R was awesome, very kind and cute, took great pride in the hotel he built. The breakfast was simple, but they had fresh waffles that really hit the spot.

It wasn't exactly low-priced, but still acceptable for what it offered.

The room I stayed in was super clean and had a well-stocked kitchen, made breakfast easy and enjoyable. I loved the cozy outdoor patio and the little BBQ area. It was a great spot to unwind after a long drive. The walls were a bit thin, hard to block out some noise, but overall, it was a solid stay 😊

Microtel provided an excellent experience during my work trip. The Queen Studio Suite was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to focus on my tasks. The breakfast options were excellent, with freshly cooked items and a variety of fruit. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing quick assistance when needed regarding my work inquiries.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

We enjoyed the spacious queen studio suite with a handy microwave and mini-fridge. The little details, like the window seat perfect for my dad to read by. Plus, the central location was great for visiting nearby parks and restaurants.

My wife says that the breakfast options were quite basic and could use more variety for kids.

Just a reliable pick for a hurried visit in Tomah with fantastic value for money. The room itself was satisfactory, but if you're picky about breakfast, consider grabbing a bite elsewhere. If you're sensitive to noise, maybe run the fan at night to drown out traffic sounds.
